Tniya Evans shooting – A woman was discovered dead from gunshot wounds next to a McDonald’s restaurant in the southwest portion of Atlanta on Wednesday afternoon, which prompted the opening of a homicide inquiry into the circumstances surrounding her death. According to the Atlanta Police Department, a gunshot occurred at 1166 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard SW at approximately three o’clock in the afternoon.

The incident was reportedly caused by a disagreement between two ladies. According to Lieutenant Germain Dearlove of the Atlanta Police Department, “The motive appears to be an escalating dispute between customers,” which was revealed by the officer. The police said that a woman in her 20s opened fire on another woman who was in her 30s. The victim was younger than the first woman.

The investigators did not reveal whether the shooting occurred inside or outside the restaurant; however, they did reveal that witnesses momentarily detained the shooter until law enforcement arrived. This information was disclosed by the investigators. Unfortunately, the woman did not make it through her stay at Grady Memorial Hospital, despite the fact that she was brought there.

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my heart was broken. An acquaintance of the woman, who did not want her name to be disclosed, expressed her profound sorrow by saying, “This has left me in a state of deep sorrow.”
